As an Independent I view myself as not being totally aligned with 1 particular party and just going off the way I see the individual nominee. The republicans need to come out of this hole they have dug. I know there have to be more and more who look at the way things are going and realize it is wrong. They need to speak up to their politicians. Republican politicians need to end this blind devotion and speak out, stop being afraid of being primaried or facing the wrath of Trump and his worshipers. We actually have 3 major parties, Democrats, Republican and MAGA. Republicans need to start acting like Republicans and let the MAGA be MAGA. I don't think I answered your question though 🙁

Both, there are also far left dems and the ones that have sold their souls for the money. Eventually I feel the only solution is term limits, over turn citizens united and stop the lobbing. I think there are republicans that are more moderate, but they’re scared because he has threatened them. There’s enough of his rabid supporters that will throw them under the bus. Without more republicans parts his base will never change.
