@adventureswithgi: Have you ever tried Chinese sauerkraut fish? 🐟🔥 I grew up eating dishes like this but it’s been a minute! Took my mom to @fishwithyouktown and wow… their signature hot oil sauerkraut is hot, sour, and the fish just melts in your mouth. If you’re adventurous, their mao xue wang is a must (intestines, duck blood & more 👀) but warning: it’s spicyyyyy. My personal fave? The golden soup sauerkraut beef slices—just enough heat that you can sip the broth like soup 🥢.
