Oh my God, I love my hydroquinone, tretinoin and hydrocortisone acetate cream mix. It got my skin all the way together after I started to get melasma patches popping up. I have been using it for only two weeks in my skin is so freaking clear.

Hyperpigmentation will come back because we produce melanin. After hydroquinone and tret you should have incorporated other actives that target hyperpigmentation. Eg azeleic acid, alpha arbutin, tranexamic acid, exfoliants and sun screen etc. Also procedure like chemical peel. You can’t stop and not expect a rebound . Sorry tho 🥺
