one of my strays has similar symptoms and he has asthma and needs Albuterol inhaler in emergencies. I leave their chin acne alone most the time but maybe it's different than theirs but I'm just wondering if meds worsened.

if you have any plastic bowls for her water or food change them to glass or ceramic if you can. plastics tend to hold bacteria which is the #1 reason for chin acne that we see!
