I feel for you. I can’t breath out my nose 98% of the time all the time and it’s miserable to live like this but I’ve found that Sudafed helps alot but don’t take it at night keeps your up. Also Tylenol Sinus works good.

I thought I just have an allergies and it turned out to being Covid. So please get a Covid/flu test at Walgreens, CVS, etc. and take it. Alka-Seltzer severe cold and flu max is my lifesaver.

Try saline water nasal spray first. Very inexpensive and I was surprised at the results! If that don’t work, then Flonase or Claritin I have had allergies for years.
