Drain them and add them back to the hot pan. In a separate pan, melt 3 tbsp of butter with 1/3 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup sour cream. Pour over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Mash until desired consistency then fold in 1 cup of white cheddar cheese. For the steak bites: Cut (2) 8 oz filets or top sirloins (or any cut you prefer) into bite sized pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and season with kinders the steak blend, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Lightly oil a skillet and turn to medium high heat. Sear the steak bites on all sides until cooked to your liking. For me that’s medium rare. Remove and set aside. Melt 4 tbsp of butter in the same pan (I highly recommend using a good quality butter, but any will work). Stir in 7-8 minced garlic cloves and 2 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley. Stir the steak bites back in. Serve hot and enjoy!
