We are ao sheltered in America.. other countries dont have toilet paper and just a bidet or a hole in the ground and a bidet hose 😭

asked my friend (Japanese) polite japan is that yes you'll wash them out of the loo but this is a time especially for female care you pre wash save embarrassing encounters in public area.

It fills up the tank with the fresh water it would normally use but instead you can double up and use that water to clean your hands too. It got me too the first time I saw one 😂

It may b a good idea to conserve water but where's the soap if ur supposed to wash ur hands there? Water alone doesn't clean ur hands! I don't think u should shake hands with anyone if that's how they wash their hands without soap
