I think it’s tacky and unprofessional they didn’t tell you and allowed you to add an additional 20%. Almost gives it a sleezy feel when they do that.

This happened to me in Miami. They didn’t mention it and it wasn’t until I looked at the receipt when I got home from my trip. I was FUMING because I felt taken advantage of.
