I am going to say this. Life has its ups and downs. No matter how difficult it might seem, you have the power to change it. When I get that way, I ground myself (just like you did). I go out into nature and observe the beauty, sounds, smells, and textures of everything around me. Knowing, observing, and experiencing the beauty of life changes my mindset and is healing. You can overcome anything you put you mind to.

i hsve a therapist that helps me view things from a perspective other than mine. For me, it is important to honor moments such as these. I find that working with my potted plants works wonders in time like these. Yin yoga really helps me alot as well.

It’s weird cause you want to feel or think one way and these outside voices in your head tell you differently. You have to find concrete evidence proving either your thoughts or the outside thoughts right. Usually the outside thoughts aren’t real.

I get up and start with prayer Then I do a 20 minute meditation Before all that I don’t feel like working out But by the time I finish prayer and meditation it gives me an energy I start to feel comfortable with the uncomfortable I am finished with my workout and feel refreshed I do have my days but I remember to stay present Because being present is a gift Whatever is going on has a solution or it might be just emotions Just like Rumi says in her poem The Guest House Everyday you invite the guests to come and you nurture them then you let them go like clouds in the sky they move with the wind Stay present and peace to you👑
