if the woman is found to have some sort of religious psychosis and the man appeared to of had similar psychosis (obviously hard to pin point since he passed) this could be a case of shared psychosis! its super rare but extremely interesting.

it's a sad situation but obviously neither parent was in stable mental condition and from what I was told they both were receiving mental health services prior to this .Even with the sad situation of the death of the 4 yrs old and husband she legally isn't responsible being mentally insane having dillusions that led to this tragic event .
