My 3 children and I were there to help. Around 3:45 pm there was a family dispute when a family consisting of a mother, daughter, son and his girlfriend decided to approach Warren and his family. The mother stated she worked for CPS and that they would be appalled with their family dispute. After that it is escalated to the mother’s daughter and warrens daughter trying to fist fight. I was over by the the pavilion, I ran to get in between the 2 girls. Once calmed down the mother’s daughter was yelling, I couldn’t hear what she said but it upset Maddison as she ran after the young girl I grabbed her and locked my hands to keep hold. Once the second argument calmed down that’s when a young boy (learning he is only 14, pulled a gun out and threatened Warren “i will shoot you holding the gun to the side. I was facing the pavilion as everyone ran and took the children in the bathroom. At this point I’m confused as I didn’t hear anyone say he had a gun or seen in till I turned around seeing it In his pants holding his shirt up yelling “I’ll have my boys surround the area, come on, let’s let these bullets fly”. Not know where my children were I opened my trunk grabbed my rouger put it in the front of my pants before turning around with my hands out saying, I don’t play that shit, i screamed where are my kids I turned to look at this young man still yelling “let’s let these bullets fly and mimicking shoot sounds and pretending he had guns in his hand shooting them towards my vehicle. I point my finger at him and said “boy im not playing with you” gun still in the front of my pants looking for my children. Once I realized my children were in the car I got in put my gun under the seat to drive. I yelled at my friend Virginia saying I don’t play about my kids and drove away. A police suv came flying in the parking lot, just before turning around and flying as if I was on a speed chase. I pulled into the entrance of Holliday city by the pool. I told my children put your hands out the window and do everything they say. There were 3 male cops had gun drawn on my vehicle as I got out and told them my pistol was under the seat, my children are in the car. Once detained guns still on my children in the car, I explained the events that happened down the street. I was put in the car and watched as my oldest 16 year old get out, walk backwards, get on his knees and cuffed. I yelled he’s only 16 you don’t have to do this, same with my 15 year old as he was next. Still yelling he’s only 15 please over and over. When my youngest 11 year old was told to get out he struggle I begged them to help him, guns still drawn, he’s autistic he don’t understand please help him, my yorky back there with him. My 16 year old was in the suv with me my 15 year old was in a K-9 units suv and my 11 year old stood outside. The grabbed my pistol, but no further search till the officer got a phone call saying k had more pink clips in my trunk. In the mist of the commotion there was several callers describing the white young male nastily 18 camo shirt had a gun in a white Silverado, there was only one caller that called on me and that was the mother. She stated she was scared for her life that she was moving to another spot to watch JPD pull guns on me and my 3 minors and put us in cuffs before she when wack to the scene. On the call she also stated what vehicle she was in and that she had a weapon in a holster secured. No weapons drawn and no cuffs for this family, but the mother allowed her son to hold and wave a gun around while mine was cocked with no bullet in the chamber safety on.
