I have this fear and its very annoying to go to bed with my closet MIND YOU INFRONT OF MY BED FACING ME ( its a walk in closet) the light has to be off and it’s pitch black in there my mind is always playing games i feel like there is something there always breathing always watching always focused. Mind you the scary part i have a tiny long door in my closet and i feel like it opens up at night and theres something there. Or maybe there’s something in there just waiting for me.

I developed it after being locked in a dark room as a kid by my dad. It’s gotten better but blackouts bring it back.
