over the last week we've been butchering animals. I did all 20 rabbits Monday, adding about 40lbs of meat to the freezer. Lungs, heart, kidney, and livers were frozen for processing later. Pelts and heads also went to the freezer. Feet and ears I've been drying over the last three days for dog treats. Today we also processed two piglets, this weekend we'll be doing a teenage pig and then most likely another piglet the following week.
