a coworker lives in California. when I showed her the cost of living and the wages in Tennessee, she immediately told her husband that they would definitely be moving here within the next 2 years. she couldn't believe the difference and how much better off they would be.

👏👏 say it louder for the demorats!!! I live in NJ and its ridiculous! we visit family in western pa. we looked at a house 5beds 3 baths 7acres pool office down 3 fireplaces 215,000!!!! taxes were 400 a year we live in NJ 3bed 1 bath 1000 sq ft taxes are 5500! Just a box on the dirt!

in WA the house is bought in 2014 for 168k: 3bed,2bath, bonus room,1500 sqft on 3/4 acre. Sold it for 420k in 2021 and that house is just shy of 500k right now. I loved that house,but its NOT worth that price. it's fkn insane.

I unfortunately had to go to California for work and when I went to get a can of dip it was $36 for a can. 1 CAN OF DIP!!! It's less than $6 in Texas for the same thing!
