The large majority of BL fans clearly support fixed roles given how it's in every single BL out there, regardless of medium or country (jp, cn, kr, thai, etc). I think switchers are just a vocal minority.

i hate switch in fic. IRL thats another thing entirely but if I have preference for who tops and bottoms in fiction it shouldnt be a moral issue cause they are fake and its not gonna stop anyone from switching irl. i hate the type of person that deliberately makes sure to be as vague as possible in their fic description to avoid saying who tops and who bottoms. or ppl that put in the tags that it doesnt matter, cause its 100% moral finger wagging by then.
