hello! I'm someone who has commissioned Lur. It took a month to receive a sketch, which I gave understanding. After finding out what they did, I kindly requested a refund ($60 USD). I in fact got no replies or no reactions, I got blocked instead. I do have proof of said bit and I'll be comfortable sharing it if needed.
