It's Not "Just Friendship"
Wenclair has never been just about romance. It's about representation, about seeing two strong, complex, and different characters meet, grow, and create something unique. Since the first season, the chemistry between Wednesday and Enid has been undeniable. The glances, the little exchanges, the care—none of it is "just friendship."
When most audiences connect with a couple, it's not by chance. It's because we see something real, something worth exploring. The world is already full of repetitive stories, with predictable heteronormative relationships. Why not give voice and space to a romance that so many people already see, love, and feel represented by?
Negating Wenclair is ignoring a huge portion of the fanbase and wasting a golden opportunity to show that female friendships can be incredible, but that they can also blossom into something more—and that's okay. We, fans, aren't asking for something impossible. We just ask that you continue the story you've started building, even if only subtly. Let this feeling grow as it has already grown in the hearts of millions.
📢 #WenclairStays — because this connection is important, and we won't pretend we didn't see it.
