U mean she sent him to a facility? Why couldn’t she hire the care and keep him there at home? Or hire someone to live there to help take care of him. Where is all the money he made??

I work with patients with dementia. They need 24 hrs supervision. They can become very violent. She made the best decision for her daughters and for herself.

They made the right decision. My uncle recently passed from what Bruce Willis has and he also made that decision along with my aunt. Not gonna lie, it was painful and heartbreaking 💔 but we understood and respected their decision

his millions of dollars will have him in the best of care. unfortunately for most of us we won't be as fortunate. my parents had no money and their ending was horrid

So she say she made this decision to give the kids some type of normalsey. He lived with them all this time and now he's in another home alone, how is this normal for the kids ? It just doesn't make sense to me. He should have been allowed to remain in his familiar environment with 24/7 round the clock care. He could have even been in a different part of the home. My mom stayed in her bedroom until she passed from this disease.

They did what is best for him (more quiet with lots of visits) and safer for his kids. Wicked disease much like the dementia we're aware of but worse. The all night wandering, yelling, throwing and then peaceful moments. Enjoy those times of peace.
