Season & Coat Chicken: * Mix wings with salt, pepper, paprika, egg, and ⅓ cup flour. * Coat with the flour + cornstarch mixture. 2. Fry: * Deep fry the wings until golden brown and crispy. Set aside. 3. Make Sauce: * Heat oil and butter in a pan. * Add minced garlic and cook until soft (not brown). * Mix garlic butter, salt, mayo, and parsley in a bowl. 4.
