The wand is hard to work with when touching up just the inner or outer corners and didn’t do anything my drug store fireworks mascara couldn’t

While I love your product, I cannot get used to the extreme wand—please provide us with a tight line type of wand, great mascara, but not a fan of the wand!

I just have tiny eyes because I just bought this and it’s so awkward and I always get mascara on my skin and yeh it isn’t as easy as this video looks

It’s a funny one as I love it but at the same time it’s hard to use as you can’t exactly use it for a few precise lashes, and it does smudge under your lashes

I really hated it when I first got it - thought it was awful but all of a sudden I stopped poking myself in the eye and now can use it - and I really like it so I would just say give it a little time to get used to the wand 😁
