oh wowser! So in australia what systemic products would we use for our overall treatment? I tried eostrogen gel & progesterone tabs for 10 days gave me a period and full on rage, headaches, high BP horrible😬

Not so. I use oestra which is a vaginal cream and it IS systemic!

I feel to many general practitioners do not have enough knowledge on this matter when it comes to menopause.I don’t have a family Dr as I moved provinces but my old Dr was a hormone specialist trying to explain this to Dr’s at clinics is 🤯 I had a hysterecyomy 10 years ago they left my ovaries wich are essentially dead balls trying to argue with Dr’s here in Canada on hrt and wanting to feel good they say just go through it naturally so I should feel like shit for the rest of my life because you think I should or get thrown a pill for this and a pill for that because they lack the skills to help me accordingly? We need more woman’s clinics in Canada it is so frustrating to be told just like this mood swings,no sex drive,waking at night,sore joints ,cold all the time the list goes on and on
