It allows you to feel and be a better version of yourself but it can also leaving you in a very isolated state. Not everyone is ready for truth. So you can find yourself dimming so you don't offend. It's not all bad because there are others who are doing or have done the work to be the very best versions or themselves...so those people get it, they understand...they accept you and your new found understanding.
