Link in bio ❤️ Ingredients 1 1/2 cups (187g) of self-raising flour 1/4 cup (56g) of unsalted butter (at room temp.) 1 medium banana, mashed (the riper, the better) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Method 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray 2. Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir to form a thick dough - you may need to go in with your hands 3. Roll out the dough to a 5mm thickness and then slice it into fingers (5cm (L) x 3cm (W) x 0.5cm (H)) 4. Place the biscuit fingers onto the prepared baking tray and place into the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes 5.
