I don’t even want AI. It is interesting but usually inaccurate. Plus I think it hurts our critical thinking skills. If we had a leader who cared about people’s job and the environment, that person would be wise to start regulating this field heavily.

WE DO NOT WANT THIS! If they're not gonna listen to residents that are being affected by this then I feel like the only solution is for the residence to take matters into their own hands and make it more...... *difficult* for them to operate smoothly 🙃

I lived right by one and before I moved they built 2 less than a half mile away. they built both at the same time. we dont need this nor do we want this!!! my electric bill was very high for a 2 bd condo over there.
