also, I do this at Trader Joe's. we don't have one close by.. so when I go I get an ungodly amount of orange chicken and vegetable fried rice I blame it on my elderly grandmother bc it's her favorite.. all my grandparents are 💀 & have been for 20+ years 🙃

I was raised in a family that builds homes. There isn’t much I can’t do. In fact my husband will even tell you I’m better at most handyman jobs than he is from being raised in that family. I was also a single mother who did all of her own repairs even on her car. I went to the hardware store one time and was looking at stuff deciding which things I wanted and a MAN came up to me and said “you should probably just have your husband come in so your sure you get the right stuff.” I looked him dead in his eyes and said “my husband has more faith in my skills than his own you sexist piece of shit.” I then walked out. Just because I have lady parts doesn’t mean I’m not capable.
