Which do you prefer, light or dark brown sugar (assuming you’ve used both at some point)? I feel like I get a deeper flavor with dark brown sugar (not the domino brand though).

I gonna have a question and it’s dumb but for real…I see everyone freezing their dough….then baking immediately out of the freezer and it comes out thin….but nope 👎 it doesn’t work for me …should I be letting the dough thaw? 😢
