My assumption when they don’t specify which sugar is to use granulated white sugar. but light brown sugar is so much nicer I need to switch

I gonna have a question and it’s dumb but for real…I see everyone freezing their dough….then baking immediately out of the freezer and it comes out thin….but nope 👎 it doesn’t work for me …should I be letting the dough thaw? 😢
