usually the reason why people lose their eyes size because of poor nutrition mineral deficiencies but usually not the number one problem is is because of your genetics some people need more minerals some people need less minerals than other people if your body needs more substances in order to keep itself going it's going to pull it from other things particularly your eyes so again it depends upon your genetics what kind of a body do you have if you understand what kind of body you have then you will understand exactly what you should be taking to maximize your body's performance just like a car if you know what kind of model of car you have and you know exactly how to take care of it well at the same concept works with your body get your blood looked at look at your your chromosomes and see exactly what's going on underneath the hood once you understand your body then have a proper vitamin regiment and take it every few days just take care of yourself not that big of a deal I just wish we had a government that would in my opinion I would have our country when the when a newborn comes to the world I think we should have a genetic test and a chromosomal test on every newborn baby so every newborn kid would have a full medical history so they know exactly what they can eat and what they cannot eat and what kind of vitamins and how much their body needs certain vitamins more out of the other ones imagine having an entire list for your entire life know exactly what you need to maximize your body's performance in an increase your life expectancy right there God I wish we had that you would have your whole life in your hands then
