in my Colombia, all beaches are public. Sometimes Hotels can have like restricted areas for their guests, but the beach is still public.

even if I had beach side property, that was private... as long as the beach goes cleaned up after themselves I wouldn't have an issue. but I'm not a Karen 😂

Question. When I went to PR. I found avery cute beach with a swing but all Google review said I can’t go there because it’s private property. So it wasn’t? Or there are exceptions?
