My 13 yr old son told me this morning that he’s already scoped out all the escape routes at his new high school and that he’s going to teach his 11 yr old brother the escape routes at the middle school. My heart fucking shattered.

I don’t know if anyone is talking about this in the US, but I work as a psych nurse in Norway and hear me out. When children have to be in a constant state of: I can be shot and unalived at school at any given time - that causes fear and anxiety. If our brain is in fight or flight mode - the brain is focused on keeping us alive, and cannot process information the way we can in a safe environment. Your government clearly doesn’t want your kids to be educated, that fear of school shootings are beneficial to the men on top. I’m so sorry 💔

I don't know you know how many nations do we know of that were decisive and Swift the minute they had one mass shooting in their country didn't they didn't seem to struggle with the loss of loss of guns nobody nobody in the planet has this problem we have actually had one year we had not only do we have more than one a day but we had one school shooting being interrupted by another school shooting ruined some serious serious kind of f****** hell here man. we need to get rid of them
