Boss spent entire meeting (attendance mandatory) making everyone fill out a worksheet coming up with goals to improve productivity regarding improving test scores for students. My team works in the library so absolutely nothing applied to us, but we had to attend anyway, AND do the worksheet. Then two weeks later she forced our team to close the library AGAIN so she could meet with us about our worksheet. Then she forgot and didn't show up to the meeting.
