This was straight up wrong. She left the building and was walking to where he told her to go. He asked her if she wanted her water . She turned to get her water & he for no reason felt the need to now become aggressive with her. He was just mad because she cursed at him.

Officer was wrong. Regardless of her attitude she was following his lawful command. The officer was just short tempered and angry before the encounter with her.
