I just major spinal fusion surgery in April and still trying to lose weight I’m down from 336 to 268-272 which I’m stuck at now. I’m focusing on my health in hoping to feel better and wanna get down to 180 tho my doctor wants me down to 220 and I have lost friends lately they just quit speaking to me especially after my surgery
