Surprised people aren't commenting on the foot wear, tbh it's my favourite way too. but you will find a pole will change things completely especially with those high ceilings.

Roller poll. Go to your local decorating centre tell them ur painting and doing it yourself they will recommend what to buy and not rip the hole out of u. It’s cheaper than b n q

first coat on bear plaster should be 50/50 half water half paint called mist coast. plaster will make the paint peal of if u don't
