@kgomiskitchen: LEMON BISCUIT TART 🍋 I’m trying to find alternatives to the Peppermint Crisp Tart that we all love. I used Lemon Curd to make a lemony cream and lemon-flavoured Tennis biscuits. The chocolate layer is Milky Bar! Yum! Step 1 Whip together the cream layer by whipping 2 cups of Whipping Cream into soft peaks. Then add 1 tin of Condensed Milk and 3/4 cups of Lemon Curd to the whipped cream. Fold together to create a lemony cream, set aside until assembling the tart. Step 2 Chop 2 large slabs (150g) of Milky Bar Chocolate into small, bite sized pieces. Then set aside until assembling the tart. Step 3 In a baking tray 20x20 cm, add a small amount of cream to act as a glue. Open 2 packets of Lemon Tennis Biscuits and set aside until assembly. Step 4 Assemble the tart by placing a layer of tennis biscuits, a layer of cream, a layer of chopped white chocolate. Repeat until you have 3 layers. Then top with leftover cream to create a pillow for the biscuit topping. Step 5 I placed a Sphere Biscuit on each portion of tart.
