Having a couple of degrees, I can say that the real value in my schooling was this: I can communicate with anybody. My degrees were not directly transactional regarding making a living using them. But, I could carry on a conversation with anyone. As for you, that’s one of the reasons I enjoy following you so much. You really communicate well. Unfortunately, you’re costing me a small fortune with all your recommendations…🥺🥰

truly !! its always odd to me when people ask why i dont use ai for essays and such, i chose a writing degree because i enjoy writing...is that difficult for them to comprehend?

Are you doing a masters in literature? My main degree was actually in AI but pre chat gpt, I did creative writing way before that degree just all self taught I have tried AI with it and it’s not great at all I much more enjoy writing it myself (anyway thus the pen name 😂) but the main thing I was going to say even on an AI degree and for AI jobs using things like AI to get ahead is often even prohibited in some cases, it baffles me how something so unethical is getting so much investment.

I’d like to ask those people ‘what is the point of doing a whole degree if you’re not using and testing the knowledge that you’re supposed to be gaining?’ I don’t understand why people pay for a degree when they don’t even want to put in the work to learn the material.
