That's a hose not a bidet. Do you just leave the hose in the toilet until ready to use? a bidet is usually sprayed from a mechanism that's set up inside the toilet with adjustable pressure at the side of the toilet.😏

After you turn off the water flush the toilet otherwise you will have a LOT of water dump out after you disconnect that hose

Tips: don’t forget the gaskets, the blue caps were threaded I couldn’t just pop them off but once you realize they are threaded they are easy to hand loosen, the plastic nut on the toilet it’s not lefty loosy/righty tighty. Unscrew towards the wall. The plumbers tape is usable but seems cheap. The pressure on this is crazy so be careful. I have a small bathroom with little space to work with which made this more complicated than it needed to be using a wrench.
