It’s always “the state” against the defendant but the state pays the judge, the clerk and the DA. Isn’t that a conflict of interest? It’s all a game that they’re hiding the rules. 💯

First mistake would be hiring an attorney that gives away your power of attorney to them and they are a part of the same club as the prosecutor and judge 💯🤔🤔🤔
