Is there anything to do during the four weeks in between treatments? I’m starting out slow with micro needling with a 36 or a 24 needle and glycolic peel instead of straight into TCA. How long should I give myself before I move down in needle size and up to a TCA?

It’s my first time microneedling (and dermaplaning) ever and i just got my Dr Pen and dermaplane razor. I have pretty severe acne scars from when I was a teenager, what do you recommend I start with as far as needles go? Should I dermaplane first before microneedling and keep on the same schedule that you’re recommending here?

HEEELLPPP! I’ve struggled with whiteheads, closed comedones, blackheads, and very uneven skin for so many years – especially on my forehead. I also tend to skin-pick a lot, which of course only makes it worse 🫣😭.
