I'm currently building a 10 rooms house, the foundation/a slab was R70K. The roof is going to be around R140K material... quote done but still saving for itt. The walls and door frames were around R40K, I'll say add another R20K for the bricks. Labour R10K foundation, R35K walls and R20K roof

Girl I just built a house for 180k everything you mentioned with aluminium windows and pillars … 👀 but it was a double garage, en-suite 1 bedroom open plan. 500k is a stretch
