Every time that you’re standing over a shot telling yourself make a nice smooth swing keep your head down. Don’t watch where the ball is going and just before you swing you get that little twitch that you shit in your pants.

Golfers that walk don’t have this issue. If you ride carts, everytime you exit the cart your leg contacts the steering wheel and the tees in your pocket causes the lines you see…..

I get the black streaks in/on my pockets from my tees. Take out of pocket, tee it up, and put back in pocket. Dirt streaks.

Usually the balls or a used tee from the ground put back into your pocket over the course of a round. No avoiding it lol (I do put my tears behind my ear now) seemed to help. Just gotta wear dark shorts. White will never last.
