I watch things move like patterns and objects and like spots and everything seems to blend into one. I see fast black shadows in the corners of my eyes and rooms. I have déjà vu every day and always feel I’ve been in that place or scenario before- clear as day. I know I’ve been there- done that but can’t tell you what will happen- only that I knew it would just couldn’t put words to it. Sometimes I don’t know if I am dreaming or it’s real life .. sometimes I’m just not sure. I have to tell myself that it’s ok it’s ok it’s not real just a panic attack and that it’s okay and you’ll be fine. Sometimes it is very scary to be me
