These are some of the moves that built my back from scratch to mood board material. Save this if you’re chasing that V-taper too!  I typically do two warm-up sets to prime the movement, followed by two intense working sets to focus on quality and muscle engagement.  DEADLIFTS  How Deadlifts Help You Slay a Backless Dress: 	1.
