Would you eat your letter? ✉️✨ #HarryPotterFood #PotterTok 🧙‍♂️ Recipe – Hogwarts Acceptance Letter Pastries ✉️ Ingredients 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed) 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract (Skele-Gro potion) 2–3 tbsp strawberry jam 1 egg (for egg wash) Red fondant (or white fondant + food coloring/sparkle dust) Hogwarts crest stamp (or any wax seal stamp) Instructions Mix the Filling – In a bowl, stir cream cheese with vanilla extract until smooth. (Potion complete 🪄). Cut Pastry – Slice puff pastry into rectangles. Assemble Envelopes – Spoon cream cheese in the center, add a little strawberry jam, then brush egg wash around the edges. Fold & Seal – Fold pastry into an envelope shape, sealing edges with more egg wash. Bake – Place on parchment-lined tray. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden and puffed (about 15–20 min).
