When I was 18 fresh out of hs I really wanted to an RN then I found out more about it and said nope. Radiology was always in the back of my mind and now that I’m 25 I genuinely feel like I’ll thrive as a rad tech

I'm starting at 30. first class next week. had no idea this was a trend. I'm old now, so I will be putting everything I absolutely can into my schooling, bc I can't afford to fail! I'm running out of time lol!

I live in Texas, the radiology programs here are too hard to get into to be a trend. 114 applicants but only 20 spots plus They only do new classes once a year 😫

my school said 2 years ago they didn’t have enough qualified applicants to fill 40 spots, this year they got over 200 applications🫠

When I took my phlebotomy class three months in, we started doing blood draws on each other and one girl passed out as soon as she saw the blood coming out of her patient. Apparently, she passes out when she sees blood.
