Well done to that coroner and well done to mum! I'm in the UK and as much as I don't go abroad I think this is a fantastic idea. We have laws to ensure landlords have them but I can imagine there's countries that don't for this silent killer. My only worry would be does the airport make sure it's not a disguised device?

Everyone should buy one for every holiday destination for every scenario ,villa , hotel , apartment as other countries don’t have uk health and safety rules ,something I will be buying before I travel

I will never forget the deaths of those poor children in corfu who died of carbon monoxide poisoning whilst on holiday. If you can afford a holiday then you can afford one of these to potentially save your life and your families

I will definitely be buying one to take away. The amount of Airbnb we have used abroad that don’t have a smoke alarm is alarming. I would triple check all sockets were off.
