Medium low. For about 15 minutes. I think 350 if you get a thermometer. It should boil when the chicken gets in but not rolling boil like gentle lol if that makes sense. Don’t be embarrassed it took me practice 😂

I had the same problem but then I started turning the heat lower so that the inside is also evenly cooked I always thought that the higher the heat the faster it gets done but I was wrong 😔
