A few years back I ended up blocking my father a couple days after my birthday. To this day, no regrets. It's difficult but it's amazing how much stress it took out of my life. I hope you find peace from it too.

I’m soo glad you’re at peace and living your life happily!! Same babee…3 years for my incubator, 2 for my donor. When he passed this year, I didn’t feel anything. Just peace knowing he's not going to contact me anymore🧘🏽♀️☮️
