Please please can you teach us what to do with anger? Every therapist I’ve seen hasn’t been able to. I rarely get angry but when I do it’s awful and I have no idea what to do with it

There are only 4 emotions; mad, glad, sad and afraid. And there should be no judgement on any of them but society tells us anger is bad. Anger isn't bad, it just exists. Now what to do with that anger is my struggle.

when I was young, my anger used to bottle and then become intense rage for about 20 minutes once a year. but after reading a Star Wars book following a character that used rage a lot, I ended up not bottling it, and now at least when I'm at home and I'm angry it's more like a shout and that's about it

Since I've gotten pregnant, all of the anger I've bottled up and avoided for 27 years out of fear, people pleasing and fawning is now just there - all the time. I've never really dealt with anger and I feel women aren't taught to do this well in general. I'd love your advice, because I'm sick of anger controlling me, the seething, unrelenting rage over a stack of dishes
