A doctor did it to me and it works but hurt LIKE HECK. He said the fascia & muscle was too tight causing the pain. I just did it and OUCHHHHH BUT works👍🏾💯💪🏾

Thank you and listen to all your videos and grateful … it hurts. It all hurts to press on that area. Facia is not taught and should be … still hurts. I tell my kids about facia and it’s not taught in school
