@jacquimariesaldana: Lemon Loaf Made Easy 🍋Lemon Series Ep. 6 This is the easiest thing to bake and it will for sure WOW your fam + friends! The lemon flavor is bright and it’s deliciously moist. The lemon glaze adds a nice layer of subtle sweetness. A must bake IMO! 🤗 Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining a loaf pan with parchment paper that has about an inch hanging out of the pan. In a large bowl massage together 1 cup sugar and the zest of one whole lemon. Next add 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup vegetable oil and mix. Then add 2 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp lemon extract, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup Greek yogurt. Whisk until everything is well combined. Ditch the whisk and switch to a spatula to fold in 1 3/4 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Pour the natter into the loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. To make the glaze whisk together 2 cups of sifted powder sugar, milk and the juice of half a lemon. Once the loaf has full cooled, pour on the glaze.
